Our CRM consulting and setup services consist of five phases: discovery and needs assessment, custom Pipedrive CRM setup, email campaign development, training and support, and project closure and handover. Throughout the process, we will work closely with the client to understand their business, customize the CRM system, develop email campaigns, and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless and effective CRM solution tailored to their specific needs.
Our consulting services will focus on understanding your business, customizing a Pipedrive CRM system tailored to your sales process, and developing follow-up and nurture email campaigns. We will provide bi-weekly support through Zoom calls and offer ongoing assistance for CRM setup and usage. The scope of our services will include:
Client onboarding and needs assessment
Custom Pipedrive CRM setup with pipelines and stages
Creation of follow-up emails and nurture campaigns
Bi-weekly 1-hour Zoom calls for training and support
Please note that this scope does not cover sales team management, ongoing CRM administration, or direct customer interaction. Any additional services outside of this scope will need to be discussed and agreed upon separately. Our aim is to deliver a tailored CRM solution and support to help streamline your sales process and enhance your client relationships.
Client Onboarding and Needs Assessment. Conduct an initial meeting with the client to discuss their business, sales process, and CRM requirements. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the client's current CRM system or processes.
Custom Pipedrive CRM Setup. Configure and customize Pipedrive CRM according to the client's needs, which includes setting up pipelines and stages. Ensure the CRM system is user-friendly and tailored to the client's sales process.
Follow-up Emails and Nurture Campaigns. Create a series of standard follow-up emails for the client to use after initial contact with a prospect. Develop a few nurture email campaigns to further engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Training and Support. Conduct bi-weekly 1-hour Zoom calls with the client to provide support and guidance on using the CRM system, adjusting the setup if necessary, and answering any questions. Offer ongoing assistance with setting up and using the CRM system, including troubleshooting issues and providing best practices.
Deliverables. A fully customized and functional Pipedrive CRM system, complete with pipelines, stages, and email templates. Documentation outlining the setup, configuration, and best practices for using the CRM system. Follow-up email templates and nurture email campaigns. Recordings of Zoom calls and additional resources, as needed.
This scope of work does not include the management of the client's sales team, ongoing CRM administration, or direct interaction with the client's customers.
