Our HR Assessment is completed in two phases:

1. Discovery
It includes a 90-minute phone interview conducted by our HR Support Services Representative with CFO/COO/CEO/ or a HR Implementor
2. Debrief & Report
We then facilitate a debrief Consultation Meeting with comprehensive bound or digital reports documenting GAP analysis and a financial impact both strategically and tactically.
