During this first phase, we’ll complete market research that will serve as a guideline for our SEO decisions and the strategy we begin to implement. We’ll do a complete online brand analysis, an in-depth SEO analysis, and a competitor analysis to confirm we know the best way to spend our time to provide the most impact from the start. 💡Note: During phase 1, we do not make any changes to your website Once we have our initial findings, we will want to schedule a kickoff meeting with your team to go over initial findings, strategy, tone, brand, etc. This meeting is typically 60 - 90 minutes and helps us be set up for success!

With the SEO analysis completed in phase 1, we’re able to easily identify the highest impact SEO errors living on your domain name and start to fix them with back-end, technical SEO efforts. These fixes have the main goals to increase user experience on your website and also increase “Site Health”, setting your website up to succeed. 💡Note: After these errors are fixed, we typically begin to see improvements for website rankings.

Again, with the SEO analysis we’ve created in phase 1, we’re able to identify the website pages that are the highest priority to focus on optimizing. During this phase, we’re looking at everything from on-page SEO, images, and everything else user-facing to optimize the way search engines view your website pages, and more importantly, how users view your website pages. Any content we recommend changing goes through an approval process so you have the ability to see what we want to change and make changes before going live. 💡 Note: In this phase, we typically begin to see an increase in keyword rankings as we optimize for the right keywords that will be most impactful for your business.

Then we move on to helping to add new pages and resources to your website from there! This is where we work most closely with you to make sure everything we’re thinking about creating is exactly what you want/need. The work we do during this phase can be very custom to your exact needs, but we always want to make sure your website is developing and making positive strides.

We also complete monthly SEO reporting. We are tracking general SEO health, the ranking keywords, and we send a basic SEO report via email each month. We use the best SEO tool in the world, SEMRush for this monitoring and reporting.
